Some cotton fields showed situations of excessive growth of cotton seedlings or heavy harm from aphids, and difficulties in prevention and control. Green prevention and control techniques such as rotating the use of different types of pesticides and improving work modes were provided for cotton aphid control. A simplified management technique for chemical regulation based on seedling classification was proposed for cotton fields with different growth trends.
