依托2006年由省农业开发办公室挂牌的“河北省果树科技示范园区”项目，我所果树园区建设不断完善，所内现有梨园区100亩，葡萄园区160亩，苹果园区30亩，桃园区50亩，枣园区50亩，杏园区30亩，草莓园区20亩。“河北省果树科技示范园区”已成为我所科技成果展示的窗口及我所与河北省广大农民联系的纽带与桥梁，而且是市民休闲度假的好去处，已成为集生产、旅游度假于一体的生态农业观光园。
Hebei fruit science and technology demonstration park was built in SIOFT in 2006,with the support from Hebei agricultural development office that comprised 100 mu of pear orchard, 100 mu of grape orchard, 30 mu of apple orchard, 50 mu of peach orchard, 50 mu of jujube orchard, 30 mu of apricot orchard, 20 mu of strawberry orchard. Hebei agricultural science and technology park has became the window of exchang with external world and the ecological and agri-tourism garden for city residence.
